A experienced director and qualified accountant Aaron is a person who values the relationships he has developed over his career. After serving his apprenticeship in Hamilton for 8 years, from 2000 to 2008, he made the move to Osbornes to continue his personal growth and career progression. Aaron has significant experience in business structuring, internal business processes, management reporting and budgeting, business succession, and taxation.

Mark Pepperell - Non-executive Director

Mark is one of Waikato's stalwarts in the construction industry having founded Waikato & BOP Suspended Ceiling Services LTD in 1988. Mark led the business through the good, the bad and the ugly for more than 27 years while many of his competitors came and went. With an attitude of "Doing what I have to do to get the job done!!" Mark is a true warrior in business and brings knowledge and experience that cannot be bought.
